Picture this…. You are on your favorite app and boom… your phone is stuck and won’t move up or down. What’s the first thing you do? That’s right you hit the reset button. Just like your phone you need to reset your mind. Once you reset you’ll be free to do everything you want to do quicker. Meditation is a good way to reset your mind. It also teaches you to focus.
The act of mediation has been around for centuries. The well known quote mind over matter originates from the practice of mediation. In order to change your mindset, habits and patterns you must be able to build your own tolerance. Listening to motivational speakers are good for the short term but for the long term you must have built a realtionship with your own self where you know your self discipline is enough. Meditation is key for that type of self discipline.
